Born and raised in London, England - from Wall Street to Health and Wellness - Reza has spent over a decade transforming, revamping and enhancing the marketing infrastructure in a range of industries, globally. His diverse range of experience and keen attention to detail allows him to quickly identify optimal marketing strategies that align with the specified goal.

Reza obtained his MBA from Hult International Business School in 2013. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Pre-and-Post Natal Certified. Giving back is also important to Reza, and he has mentored and spoken to children from low-income areas around the U.S. with organizations such as “Take Stock In Children” and “iMentor”.

In his free time, Reza enjoys traveling around the world, scuba diving with sharks, and is a self-proclaimed fried chicken connoisseur!

Richie is a Connecticut native who was born with a Blackwing 602 (his fav pencil) and pad straight out the womb!  His passion for art and design allowed him to work with major fitness and lifestyle brands in New York City such as Church Street Boxing Gym, where he was responsible for the overall creative direction of the brand.

Among other accolades and recognitions, Richie has been featured in the New York Post, and in 2019, he was selected by the Commission on Equity and Opportunity as Hartford Capital's “Artist of Black History Month”. Richie has also been recognized by the City of Meriden for his charitable art shows and downtown summer festival.

When he’s not scribbling away making funny drawings of his friends, Richie enjoys going to sporting events, exploring different cultures, art and history.

“¿Dónde están mis Colombianos?!” Hailing from Bogota, Colombia, Ale has created Professional Development courses and Engagement Initiatives for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies (Spirit Airlines, MMA and Oliver Wyman, to name a few), resulting in exponentially increasing revenue while maintaining a record-level employee retention rate.

Ale has an MBA from Hult International Business School (yep, that’s where she and Reza originally met!) and is a Certified Insights Practitioner which she’s leveraged to help top talent around the world maximize their potential. Ale enjoys volunteering at animal shelters and supporting ASPCA is – dogs > people any day of the week!

When she’s not optimizing our team’s mental health, you can find Ale traveling across the world …or endlessly scrolling through dog or baby yoda videos on the ‘Gram or TikTok!

Kate was born, raised and still resides in the Bold North of Minnesota. She has over a decade of experience in scaling businesses both on the clinical and business development sides of for-profit, and non-profit companies. Her clinical insight means she is well-versed in the behavior of business owners and enables her to promote change.

Kate holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a national license in Clinical Counseling, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership. In her spare time, Kate regularly supports Secondhand Hounds, an animal rescue service in MN.

‍

When she’s not leveling up businesses, Kate is a competitive equestrian who also enjoys exploring MN’s natural beauty with her two dogs, Harbor (a rescue!) and Atticus (the best dogs ever!). She also loves a good DIY project (so if you see an old dining room table on the side of the road that just needs a little love, holla at ya girl!)

Daniel is a Miami native with a strong passion for conducting X-rays into the financial health of different businesses. He has deep experience in financial services and healthcare. Moreover, he has a keen eye for equipping sales teams with key metrics and financial targets resulting in scaling businesses by up to 600% in less than a year.

Daniel also has a strong interest in studying human behavior and completed his BS in Psychology from Georgia State University. He also has a strong passion for helping people in recovery, which he combines with his experience in real estate, to actively find sustainable housing solutions.

When he’s not digging into an Excel sheet, Daniel plays 2nd base in his local softball league and enjoys hiking with his wife and poodle, Mochi!

Sakina is a City Girl through and through and is driven by the ambition to make an impact. From teaching to technical operations, Sakina is meticulous when it comes to the details and has a myriad of experience under her belt. She believes that creativity and resiliency are the key ingredients for a successful digital marketing strategy

Sakina holds a First Class Honors Degree (aka a 4.00 GPA) in Business Management and Marketing as well as a ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification. She is also proficient in Python and Linux. Her other roles have included Teaching, Sales & Marketing and Technical Analyst at Vanguard. 

‍

She is a keen reader with a bias towards fiction thrillers. She also enjoys travelling (a common theme among our team!) and collects teas from around the world.

When she’s not acting like a wake-up call at the crack of dawn, you can find Pikachu either guarding the food or napping on Reza’s arm (her favorite hang-out spot). She loves building relationships (specifically with men) and imparts her wisdom in our weekly team meetings.

Pikachu holds a 4.00 GPA on pooping relentlessly and abruptly wherever she lands (typically on Reza’s head).

‍

Her hobbies include nibbling on Reza’s keyboard, eating carrots and spinach (she has to watch her figure, you know!), and watching Planet Earth.
